This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CONNECTICUT RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Holly Logan LLC (“us”, “our” or “we”) and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of Connecticut (“consumers” or “you”) when you visit our website or register to receive our services or products. We adopt this notice to comply with the Connecticut Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring or 2022 S.B.6 (“2022 S.B.6”), in addition to other Connecticut privacy laws. Any terms defined in the 2022 S.B.6 have the same meaning when used in this notice.

We will not collect additional categories of Personal Data or use the Personal Data we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice and obtaining your consent.

When we disclose Personal Data for a business purpose, we enter into a contract with the third party that describes the purpose and requires the third party to both keep that Personal Data confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract or otherwise complying with the law.

SPI includes, but is not limited to, racial origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, genetic data, private communications, specified health information and precise geolocation. We do not sell SPI or utilize automated decision making.

You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data we have collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete, if applicable) your Personal Data from our records, unless an exception applies.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the data is necessary for us or our service providers to:

  1. Complete the transaction or provide a good or service requested by you for which we collected the Personal Data, or otherwise perform a contract.
  2. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.

Right to Obtain a Copy of Your Personal Data

You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will provide a copy of your Personal Data to you, unless an exception applies.

Right to Opt-Out

At all times, you have the right to Opt-Out of the collection of Personal Data through our website. You can Opt-Out by unsubscribing from our website at any time, and withdraw your consent with effect for the future, by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of newsletter emails received or on our Website within your account profile.

Once we receive your request to Opt-Out, we will no longer collect your Personal Data. The election to Opt-Out may effect your ability to purchase our products on line. The right to Opt-Out allows you to stop sharing your information with Holly Logan LLC. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request to Opt-Out, we will delete your Personal Data from our records, unless an exception applies.

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise your rights under the 2022 S.B.6, please email requests to EMAIL. You may email to make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You can submit a verifiable consumer request by email and:

  • Providing sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative;
  • Describing your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it; and
  • Including a declaration affirming your identity.

We may deny your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We will confirm receipt of a request from you or your authorized agent within ten (10) days of the request. We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days. If we cannot verify your request and respond in that time, we will notify you in writing that we need an additional 45 days and explain the reasons for the additional time.

Any disclosures in response to a request to know will cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt, unless the request specifies a different time period. If you have requested to know specific Personal Information we collected, we will provide your Personal Information in a format that is readily useable and allows you to transmit the information to another person or entity.

If we cannot comply with your request, in whole or in part, we will explain the reasons why we cannot comply in our response.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Changes to Our Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Notice at our discretion and at any time. The date this Privacy Notice was last updated is identified at the bottom of this page. You are responsible for periodically visiting the Holly Logan LLC website and this Privacy Notice to check for any changes.
